May be added to individual packages, or contracted separately.
These responsibilities may be contracted at an additional fee of $100.00 per hour. Minimum of 3 hours.  Driving time is considered part of the hourly fee.

  • Help plan and/or attend additional events such as Engagement Party, Bridesmaid’s Luncheon or Tea, Rehearsal Dinner, Post Wedding Brunch or Luncheon, Bachelorette Weekends
  • Compose and distribute gift baskets for out of town guests
  • Create a going away food basket for bride and groom to leave with.
  • Additional bridal room décor, champagne, chocolates, candles, petals, etc.
  • Plan special events for a weekend or destination wedding for out of town guests.
  • Run errands after the wedding, such as return tuxedos, florists rental items, cake stand or pieces etc.
  • Put together your seating chart, place cards, table numbers or names, etc.


Events by Melody Walker may be contracted to do hourly consultation only for those who only are interested in Profession Wedding consulting. 
Minimum of 4 hours.
